Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 September 2026

These terms apply to the services we provide and to your use of this website. A written quote or agreement for your project will set out the specific scope, fees and dates; if it conflicts with these terms, the quote or agreement applies.

1. Who we are

GENMEDIA LONDON LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 13573157. Registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Contact: info@genmedialondon.com.

2. Our services and quotes

We provide AI and automation services (such as WhatsApp and website AI agents, CRM and workflow automation, websites, apps and software) and growth marketing services (such as social media, video, paid advertising, SEO and content). Fees are set out in a written quote or agreement for your project, and exclude VAT unless stated. A quote is valid only for the scope it describes. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

3. Ongoing services

4. One-off projects and audits

Fees for audits and one-off projects are set out in the quote and are payable in stages as stated there. For websites and builds the usual stages are a start payment, a payment on design approval and a final payment on delivery.

5. Advertising budgets

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platform from your own ad account. We charge only our management fee. Platforms may apply their own fees or taxes, which you are responsible for.

6. What we need from you

To do good work we need timely access to your accounts, brand materials and approvals. Delays on your side can delay delivery. You confirm that you have the right to give us any content, images and account access you provide.

7. Results

We work carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as follower numbers, reach, rankings or sales, because these depend on factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual property and portfolio use

Once you have paid for a deliverable in full, you own the final work we created for you, apart from third-party materials (for example stock media, fonts or software) that are licensed on their own terms. We may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to in writing.

9. Confidentiality

We treat your non-public plans, data and results as confidential and use them only to provide the services.

10. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Ending an agreement

Either side may end an agreement immediately by written notice if the other commits a serious breach and does not fix it within a reasonable time after being asked. Fees for work done up to the end date remain payable.

12. Use of this website

The website content is for general information. Please do not misuse the site or try to interfere with it. Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy explain how we handle data.

13. Launch offer

Our first 5 clients may receive 20% off our ongoing services during the pilot period set out in their quote, in exchange for a written review, a case study and permission to use the work we create together. The launch offer cannot be combined with the referral credit or other offers, and we may withdraw it once the first 5 clients have been accepted.

14. Referral credit

If you introduce a business to us and it becomes a paying client, you may receive a service credit of £150 for each such client, up to a maximum of £600 in credit per calendar year. Credit is given only after the referred business, which must be new to us, has made its first payment. Credit is applied to your next invoice for our services, has no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or end the referral scheme at any time; this does not affect credit already earned.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a quote or agreement already accepted.

16. Governing law

These terms and any dispute connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
