GENMEDIA LONDON LTD ("GenMedia London", "we") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 13573157. Our registered office is 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at info@genmedialondon.com.

What information we collect

When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, company or brand, website or Instagram (optional), telephone number (optional), monthly budget range (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email or phone us directly, we receive the details you give us.

How we use it and why

• To reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote for you. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To keep a record of our communications with you, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to or agreed to it.

How the contact form works

The form on this website does not send your message to a server. When you submit it, it opens your own email app with your message ready to send to us. Your message reaches us only when you send that email, and it is handled by your email provider and ours.

Who we share it with

We use email and business tools to run the company. These providers process data on our behalf. We may share information with companies in our group and with service providers, some of whom may be located outside the UK. Where we do, we take the steps UK data protection law requires to protect your data. We may also share information where the law requires it. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable time afterwards, and for longer where the law requires (for example for accounting records if you become a client).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To use these rights, email info@genmedialondon.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
